Can I cancel or change my order?
In an effort to keep costs down and to pass along savings to customers, PracticeMarketer is a fully automated, self-service web site. Orders may not be cancelled once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast, in order to continue to provide you with the best value in the printing industry.
We do however provide you with an emailed proof before printing. If you need to make minor changes, you may respond to the proof with those changes. This will delay your printing turn around times, but we understand in some cases proofing online isn't as accurate as it should be. If your changes are extensive, there is a $55 per hour charge for large or extensive changes.
